Guidelines and Cancellation Policy

Rental Guidelines 

  • The time you reserve includes your set up and clean up.

  • Clean up after yourself after every shoot (sweeping, taking garbage out etc.)

  • Let the management know of any repairs, maintenance, or damage in the studio immediately.

  • Please LIFT, DO NOT DRAG/PULL any furniture, the floors scratch very easily.

  • NO Jumping on furniture. Please ask children to abide by this rule.

  • Do NOT hang anything from the walls or rafters without prior approval from management.

  • Windows must remain closed and locked at all times. Be sure to ask us about ac/heat guidelines, if needed.

  • No animals allowed in the studio.

  • The use of Glitter or Confetti is not allowed under any circumstance.

  • No open flames or candles allowed at any time.

  • Make sure you lock the top studio door as well as the two lobby doors when you complete your rental.

  • The studio is under video surveillance at all times.

  • If any damage occurs to the studio during your rental it will result in additional fees charged to your card on file.

  • All food and drink are to be kept to a minimum and not to be consumed on studio furniture

  • Only one photographer is to be permitted for the contracted time. Additional photographers, please apply add on fee when checking out.

  • Workshops, events and styled sessions are Event Rates. Please inquire with us using the contact form.

Photography & Event Rentals

Photo Rental Policy: 1–2 Hour Bookings

Deposit & Payment Structure

  • All 1-2 hour bookings:

    • Full payment is due upfront.

    • No refunds are issued.

    • One reschedule is allowed (see below for terms).

    We know life happens — here’s how we handle changes to your booking in a way that respects both your time and ours.

    In order to book your time in the studio, full amount is due upfront, and there are no refunds given.  A one-time reschedule is allowed (fee may apply) to be within 60 days of original date.

    Rescheduling Your Booking

    • 48+ Hours Notice:
      You can reschedule your booking on your own using the link in your confirmation email — no fees, no stress.

    • Less than 48 Hours Notice:
      Please contact our studio team directly. A rescheduling fee applies:

      • $35 for bookings on Sunday–Friday 

    • Same-Day Changes:
      We’re unable to accommodate same-day reschedules. Your booked time will be forfeited.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • All bookings are non-refundable.

    • If you contact us 48+ hours in advance, you may request a studio credit instead of rescheduling. Credits are valid for 60 days from your original booking date and can be applied to future rentals.

    Policy for All 3+ Hour Studio Rentals

    (Applies to both Photo & Event rentals)

    This policy ensures clarity and fairness for long-format bookings while protecting studio availability and planning time.

    Deposit & Payment Structure

    • All 3+ hour bookings:

      • If booking is made 30+ days before the rental date:

        • A 50% down payment is required to reserve your date.

        • The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your rental.

      • If booking is made within 30 days of the rental:

        • Full payment is due upfront.

        • No refunds are issued.

        • One reschedule is allowed (see below for terms).

    Refund Policy (for bookings made 30+ days in advance)

    Refunds are based on how long after your initial booking you cancel — not how far out your event is.

    | When You Cancel (after booking) | Refund Eligibility

    | Within 5 days of booking | Full refund of any amount paid

    | Between 6–14 days of booking | 50% refund of any amount paid

    | 15+ days after booking | No refund

    | Once within 30 days of rental | No refund, regardless of booking date

    Example: You book an event 60 days in advance. You cancel 3 days later → full refund. You cancel 12 days later → 50% refund. You cancel 20 days later → no refund. Once inside 30 days of the rental, no refunds are given under any circumstance.

    Rescheduling Policy

    Each booking is allowed one reschedule, based on how far in advance you notify us:

    | 30+ days before rental | No fee

    | 21–29 days before rental | $50 fee

    | 1–20 days before rental | No reschedules allowed, no refunds. Time is forfeited.  No credits given.

    | Same-day reschedule | Not permitted (time is forfeited)

    • Rescheduled bookings must be used within 60 days of the original rental date.

    • Once rescheduled, bookings cannot be canceled or rescheduled again.

    Additional Notes & Clarifications

    • Refunds are only issued according to the timelines above — after 15 days from booking or inside 30 days of the rental, no refunds are given for any reason.

    • No-shows and same-day cancellations result in full forfeiture of payment and time.

    • Bookings made within 30 days of the rental are not refundable, but may be rescheduled once 21-29 days before event (fees apply based on above schedule).

  • Unused reschedules cannot be transferred to other clients or types of rentals.
