OUR MISSION

Our Mission:

Teach essential life skills to impoverished youth worldwide through training in the performing arts – breaking the cycle of poverty by inspiring change from within.

How:

Promethean Spark uses fitness, dance, yoga, and music to teach essential life skills. The first part of class is discussion-based, learning about the life skill d'jour. Then we get on our feet and practice the skills. PSI programs run five days a week for weeks or months. The shortest program is one month long and our longest programs run year-round.

Mode of Operating:

We teach certifications, workshops, retreats, corporate trainings, give keynote speeches, assemblies, etc. To run our programs, we partner with established service organizations who are already working with our target demographics. For international programs, our sister organizations provide housing, food, transportation, and wifi for our certified life coaches.

Lifelong Results:

Our certified life coaches include parents, teachers, CEOs, accountants, massage therapists, and more. The methodology is applicable no matter what you do. In our programs for impoverished youth, 95% of our alumni graduate high school. Over 80% of them go on to graduate from college or get professional training and find full time employment. They carry the lessons and training they receive in the PSI programs with them for the rest of their lives. Many of them are now using the skills in their homes and teaching them to their children.

Promethean Spark International is a registered 501(c)3 public charity.
